imagine food that has been either frozen with liquid nitrogen, injected with helium,  cooked with lasers... or one of my favorites...embedded with POP ROCKS! (that pretty much won me over.)

what moto creates is innovative, imaginative, artistic, risky, and most of all..exciting.
